First Financial FCU Rebrand
Work done under contract at Vibrant Brands - 2022
First Financial is a New Jersey based Federal Credit Union. They wanted to show a fresh new face to potential members, in an effort to expand their membership, through online marketing and outreach.
The first priority was new ad creative for Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Once the new campaign was up and running, it was important to carry the new look across the rest of their sales and informational materials. This included flyers, brochures, posters, e-newsletters, their annual report, and more.
Putting a story and a face to a review is more powerful than words alone. A series of ads, posters, and videos were created from interviews and photoshoots with members of the credit union.
The members’ positive experiences show the support that First Financial has given them and how proud they are to be a member of the credit union.
It has the added benefit of giving the interviewees a reason to share their testimonial with friends and family, further spreading the word.
